Sumeen Gill (Founder and President) - Currently a medical student, Sumeen is deeply committed to driving positive societal change and improving community well-being. In her dual role as founder and president, she oversees SADKA’s day-to-day operations, manages the organizational staff, and leads major strategic decisions to guide the organization's growth.

Kulvinder Gill (Plant Scientist and Research and Development Lead of the SADKA)- With over 30 years of experience as a plant scientist, Kulvinder drives the scientific vision at SADKA as our Research & Development Lead. He manages the organization’s research initiatives, ensuring rigorous experimental design and execution across all projects. Beyond his decades of hands-on laboratory and field expertise, he successfully leads grant-writing efforts that secure vital resources to expand SADKA’s agricultural innovations.

Jagjeet Gill (Logistics Lead and HR Manager) - She oversees both the strategic planning of our physical operations and the development of our growing team. Balancing her multifaceted organizational leadership with her path as a dermatology residency student, she brings an analytical and compassionate approach to team management, recruitment, and internal workflows. Driven by a desire to give back to society and honor her roots, Jagjeet ensures that both our logistical networks and human resource initiatives run smoothly to maximize the impact of SADKA's community programs.
